An alien-human hybrid is a starseed, has a human body and an alien spirit. Alien scouts select human fetuses that would not survive birth that have a specific bloodline. The dormant DNA is activated to accommodate a higher vibrational spirit. This manipulation occurs after conception. At a genetic level, the human-alien hybrid looks genetically human.
