Autism Spectrum Disorder: Beyond the Medical Definition

According to the psychiatric community, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental condition involving persistent challenges in social interaction, speech, and nonverbal communication, and restricted/repetitive behaviors. The effects of ASD and the severity of symptoms are different in each person, often represented on a spectrum, including Asperger’s syndrome. However, from a spiritual perspective, this definition requires reframing. The term “autism spectrum disorder” is a misnomer because autism is not a disorder or disease—it represents a unique species experiencing life differently from average humans. Society created the “disorder” label out of fear and misunderstanding. For those with Pure Autism, their condition is part of their Divine Blueprint, serving a capacity few understand in assisting humanity’s spiritual evolution. While the challenges autistics experience are real, they represent different—not lesser—ways of being. The increase in autism rates (from one in 10,000 in 1980 to one in 36 in 2023) reflects both medically-induced cases from vaccine injuries and, more significantly, an influx of Pure Autists needed for planetary consciousness shift work.
