The third density is a condensed form of pure consciousness. While individuals are here in physical bodies, more of them remains in higher realms. The higher dimensions are mental and spiritual realities where one energy comprises everything and connects to Source. The physical manifestations people experience are created through a holographic-like model. Life is all an illusion—the experience is not reality, though this truth is hard to accept. The ego wants to believe humans are of supreme intelligence on Earth, but it is the ego that keeps people tethered to the third dimension and separate from manifesting their perfect world.
