Alex’s voice in Gods in the Game serves as an oasis in the midst of all the chaos on Planet Earth at this juncture. Her voice is helping us to make sense of and gain a deeper understanding of what is actually going on. There is a new paradigm emerging that some call a higher consciousness. While it is wildly liberating and the answer to many of our prayers, it is also shocking to the nervous system in its being unfathomably outside the box of what we have always believed.
The most important takeaway in my opinion is that ultimately we are sovereign beings and far more powerful than we have ever been told. Yet this knowledge lies deep in our souls and has only been forgotten. Alex is here to remind us of that and awaken us to start owning and taking back that sovereign power.
The owning of our true sovereign power and using it consciously rather than unconsciously, as we have been doing, will be the “bricks and mortar” in the building of The New Earth. I started reading Alex Marcoux’s newest book with great interest and open-mindedness. I have read and enjoyed all of her books, most notably her recent ones – The Unsuspected Heroes, Destination New Earth, and now Gods in the Game. Alex has a wonderful way of explaining the challenges we humans face in these current chaotic times and the forces at play working for us behind the scenes. I was fascinated with reading about these gods and higher beings that are helping us to achieve a greater understanding of higher consciousness for ascension to the New Earth. This book expands on the last one, challenging our traditional notions of autism and organized religion, as well as a couple of other controversial subjects. I enjoy a book that teaches and gives hope that we are all here for a reason, working for the greater good. This one does that and more. Looking forward to the next book!

Each topic is well-explained, and the book has a smooth flow, with each chapter moving perfectly into the next. Many people may be skeptical because much of the information within this book by Alex Marcoux is channeled by Shauna Kalicki and from the Ascended Master Mother Mary, the Ethereal Autist Daniel, and Cerian. However, readers need to be open to new ideas to understand these concepts without bias. The book reveals many truths about living your authentic self and finding your Divine Blueprint. It has beautiful messages about oneness and spreading love, which is something we need today. Overall, this is an enjoyable read.
Alex Marcoux’s 7th book takes you on a deeper path through a higher awakening of our minds, energy, and soul enlightenment. Gods in the Game is about living your truth to orchestrate your architectural divine blueprint to being your authentic self. In Cerian’s words that were channeled in this book states energy can not be created or destroyed but can be transformed. The information shared allows the reader to explore the difference between Energy Consciousness and Source Consciousness to work towards our individual awakening and connection to this energy within us.
I want to tell you a little bit about a novel I just finished reading entitled “Back to Salem” by Alex Marcoux.
This was a perfect winter book and would be a great beach book. Basically, it is a mystery book with some historical edges involving several lesbian characters. It was light and delightful but had some interesting twists and turns. I felt the development of the relationships between the women was a bit more substantial than the typical lesbian romance novel, and Alex’s ability to tell a good mystery was as good as any Sue Grafton book I have read. I want to thank Haworth Press for sending me this book; I have not only enjoyed it but also had a couple of friends read it, and they both enjoyed it.
Alex also wrote “Facades,” which I look forward to reading. Alex was born in Massachusetts and now lives in Colorado with her partner and son. She was presented a Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers’ Pen Award for “Facades,” her first novel. She is also apparently working on a sequel to “Back to Salem,” which I am really excited about. I also logged into Alex’s website at www.alexmarcoux.com and understand that “Back to Salem” is a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award for Lesbian Mystery (good for her).

The Unsuspected Heroes: A Visionary Fiction Novel (A Journey to the New Earth) by Alex Marcoux is for readers who enjoy genuinely imperfect heroes. In this metaphysical, visionary tale, the world faces an impending apocalypse and is on the verge of destruction. Ami is an ascended master who has gone through so much pain and has now reincarnated to lead humanity to the New Earth, but she is trapped in an autistic body and cannot speak. While the danger grows stronger and more imminent, Ami must connect with others like herself to rescue humanity. But time isn’t on her side, plus her mortal condition is a challenge.
There is so much to enjoy in this epic tale and the reader is instantly drawn to Ami. I enjoyed the fact that the author put an ascended master into the shell of an autistic person. She is limited, and her struggles include the fact that she has no memory of who she is. When she begins to understand what is at stake, she struggles with her flawed physicality. The author explores strong and evocative topics, engaging readers with an interesting reflection on evolutionary themes and describing the decline of human civilization compellingly. Some interesting neologisms and concepts will have readers thinking. A hero who suffers from autism is an aspect of the plot that had me fascinated. The long-awaited shift of consciousness is with us and Destination New Earth takes a refreshing new approach in guiding readers. Author Alex Marcoux enlists the help of psychic channel Shauna Kalicki, in collaboration with Connie and her autistic son Daniel. The book takes an in-depth look at the awakening process, with its many facets. It is made clear from the outset that the New Earth is already here, but we need to engage with it by raising our consciousness. The immediate goal is ascension, to be achieved by increasing our vibrational level, as well as tuning in to the planet, which is also experiencing spiritual evolution.
